Remington model 7
7mm-08 - Zeiss 3x9x40-2.5lb. trigger pull.

Kinda interested in a browning stainless stalker,

I just traded a Stainless Stalker in .30-06 not too long ago. I would love to have your rifle though.

But why would you want the Browning over the Remington?

I have a near new Browning BLR .270. It's a 1991 81 Long. Rarely fired and the stock is near perfect with only a few minor spots.

I have hunted brownings for the past 16 years, this is my second year with this rifle and it's just hard to get away from the feel of an a-bolt i guess. I still have the browning 300, that i've carried so long. The remington shoots as well, maybe a tad more accurate but hard to say. Would like a stainless abolt in something like 7mm-08,270,30-06. Would not want anything over 22" barrel though. I've got $1,275 in this little rifle.I've shot 42 rounds through it.

I got a stainless A-bolt in .30-06 with the BOSS on it. I have the BOSS-CR on it now so it doesn't break my ears. How far are you from the Memphis area?

i'm considering all options, would like to see some pics.
I hope i'm not being a butt BUT i'm not 100% about getting rid of this rifle but if something tickles my fancy i wouldn't hesitate.I'm a fan of all calibers in Abolt stainless steel!
Just don't wont any more 26" barrels, got plenty of those.

I been wanten a 7-08. I got a Rem DM 700 270 with 1piece Leupold mount and Nikon 3-9 that I'd trade plus boot or your choice of a New model super blackhawk 44 mag or a rem 760 pump 35 that looks brand new. 865-322-2043

Bad, that is a very tempting offer, but im gonna go back to browning. I guess i've shot them too long. Accuracy maybe a tad better off the bench but free hands, I shoot the brownings better.
