Been a quiet weekend here, 3 deer came by so far all weekend. Hoping a buck comes through about 6:30. Tons of squirrels around dropping nuts on the my metal roof, lol
 
I just bought a house with 9 acres last week and I am out for the first time tonight. I have yet to actually see any deer but I have seen their tracks, so I do know that they come through. I found a place just inside a oak ridge overlooking a tva clear cut.
Update: just came in and had a small doe hang out for a while right under my stand and had another deer that I couldn't see catch wind of me and start blowing. Since I moved I haven't been able to find the SD cards for my camera, so I've had scout the old fashioned way. But good to know that they're around. And the best part... Its right out the back door!!
