Anyone buy'n/build'n a new squirrel gun ??

I have several but feel the cz is the perfect. weighs less than 6 pounds, adjustable trigger and deadly accuracy. i hunt a ton of tourneys and they are the dominant gun for sure, the 10/22's have a major flaw. to be the at the right weight, they have only marginal accuracy. to get them accurate (heavy barrel) they are too heavy to tote and aim quickly in a real early season environment. here are a few of the 25 or so limits i have taken with my cz, and one i took with a sub 5 lb browning bl 22. it is much easier with the cz for sure, lol

I wanted .22 auto to hunt with & tried every one & could get my fat fingers on & they all had crummy triggers on them,the only one that had the after market support (and options for a better trigger) was the 10-22, but in all honesty I'd rather shoot a Marlin model 60, & have since found a fix for that trigger also, so the 10-22 mite get sold.
I'm a CZ fan also but even the auto they produce has a sloppy trigger & not much for a fix for it, but thers sevral fixes for the 452 , just wait'n on a good deal on the rite scope & its ready for fall.

Got me a new Marlin .17 last winter.

I bought me a 10/22 last year. And a decent scope BSA I believe. And it was dialed in good at 50 yards. But a buddy got a new gun and couldn't find a scope, so I loaned it to him, and he ended up buying it. I just got a new barska plinkster scope, but yet to sight it in, mostly because I'm thinking about find some sort of bolt action .22

Here is my Model 60, just sighted in yesterday... still needs to be re-blued because of some surface rust, but it works and for $50 I could not pass it up (thanks again Redblood)

ya that is a great deal catman I wouldn't have passed it up either.
I bought mine last year. CZ 452 with a Leupold 2-7 compact. It has a Brooks trigger kit in it as well. It shoots scary well with what it likes, and shoots what it doesn't like into nickel or quarter sized groups at 50 yards. My best 5 shot group with Wolf match ammo was about the size of my pinky nail.

My main rifles for squirrels are a Kimber model 82 sporter and a Marlin 1894 in 32-20. The Kimber is almost too nice to have out in the woods but I bought it to shoot. The 32-20 smacks a squirrel so hard yet destroys so little meat that you have to see it to believe it. A 115 grain bullet at 1,280fps doesn't sound that impressive on paper.
