I know that their owners hail from Belgium and have more than three quarters of the U.S. Military Contract for our military's weapons. I also know that they voted in the U.N. FOR global restrictions on weapons. Not too long after the aye vote FN purchased U.S Repeating Arms Company and closed the doors. Now they are making the Model 70 Winchester in the same plant that supplies our soldiers with M4 carbines M16A2 rifles M249 Squad Automatic Weapons and M240 General Purpose Machine Guns. Imagine if they decide to pull the cord on all production. Our military would be without spare parts and echelon level support for its primary weapons. They already pulled the cord on the regular US consumer. Don't believe the magazine ads about 'built for them'-built for you' I'll never spend a dime with the FN-Herstal corp from Belgium!!!
