Anybody got a buck they got a bullseye on whether it be pics of one or one they have seen around? I've seen a few bigguns so far but none anywhere I can hunt

I've got one picked out, will be my biggest if I can snatch him out. September needs to hurry!!!

The bucks I usually set my goals for are the ones that are never seen until the rut,or when the cold weather hits, and usually are the bucks I know from the previous years.

Well I hunted a deer all last year on one of my farms. Had pictures of him all season long and 4 encounters, just couldn't get him within bow range. I got a picture of him in late January after
Seasons close. He was alive but had n been blinded in his left eye. I haven't seen him since then but I also haven't been going out of my way to see him either. I'm gonna let the trail cams do there thing for another month or so. I did find his matching sheds during turkey season! Sent them to a young man I had the privilege of taking out during youth season, he missed him unfortunately, but I'll get him this year with some luck!

me as well. and since I only need to find 2 this year, maybe the task will be a bit easier

Every time I see a biggun that I wanna go after somethin happens. Few of them I've never seen again one got hit by a car two got shot and one monster was on a piece of property I can't hunt anymore

No need of hunting for a few years we already ruined tn with the 3 buck limit I'm just going to wait about 5 years with the new limit we have now and you want have to pick out a buck because they all will be shooters. Lol sorry had to do it

Nothing yet, gotta check the camera I guess. I got dibs on Johnny Majors bucks!

I had a 140 on camera last year and a couple of times saw a 150+ in the same area...just never in my sights. As far as I know neither were killed. Both areas were hard to hunt without being detected but their movement in there was pretty predictable. At some point I'll go after them.

I haven't checked my camera in 2 weeks but there was pictures of a large buck the last time I did check - his antlers hadn't developed much though - but based on his size and sagging belly and the frequency of his salt lick visits compared to a known buck last year, this could be the VERY 1st 4 1/2 year old buck I've ever photographed on my farm. Lots of guys here wouldn't shoot him because he don't even come close to 100 inches but I'm excited at the prospect of having an honest to goodness mature buck around the place. :) He had very distinctive antlers last year so I suspect that if that IS him, I'll know by the end of July.

2 target bucks that we saw multiple times last year and have much history with, and a 3rd that seems to be a newcomer. We only shoot bucks 4.5 years or older so have typically (though not always) have a pretty good idea of resident inventory from year to year. Of course having big old deer to hunt is one thing...putting them on the ground is entirely another.

I just saw my two just a little while ago at 3am. Couldn't sleep. Watched everything on my DVR and grabbed my trail camera to ride 2miles up the road where I hunt and put it out. Got right about the south property line and 2 giants just slowly walked in front of my headlights right into my thicket. I drooled every step they took. Bigger than any trail cam pics I put up last year. I got the camera out but it was way on the north end.
