Probably be best to ask this in the muzzleloader forum, you'd probably be hard pressed to find any of us using it here.
Although last year I had an optima & used 100gns with a 200 shockwave that shot lights out right at 1950fps.
If I was a desperate man and unable to shoot smokeless bh would be what I would use.

I still use it in my knight disc elites, if I couldn't shoot smokeless it would be the only powder I would use.

This. I too have a Knight and it's all I will shoot in her anymore. Clean shooting, easy cleanup if you want to. Never go back to a dirty powder unless it's a true traditional rifle and black powder not a sub.
