He is a treein son of gun. Scared to take him in the wild due to losing him . I may take the risk one day soon since I've been promising him I'll take him .

Ours may (or may not) tree a squirrel, I guess it just depends on her mood.

Put a bell on him, give him a trim so he won't get covered in sticktights and take him hunting! We had a schnauzer once that would tree the crap outta squirrels.

We have one. He will get after anything. He is a mole killing machine.
You may have to dye his fur orange. I don't think doggie hunting vests come in XXXS

I have a carhartt coat i think im gonna sacrifice, my wifes grandma likes to sew lol. When I take him im gonna have to have my youth 870 on my back for his protection. I had a wild dog on my property the other day. No tolerance for that at all.
Besides the large cross breeds, we always have 1 -2 yorkies. We had to put down our 16-1/2 year old yorkie 2 weeks ago. Still miss the little guy. They are some very loving dogs. We have a 3 year old male and he is mama's dog. As soon as she puts on shoes he gets all nervous and starts whimpering that she's not going to take him. He has severe separation anxiety, but, danged sure lets us know of a bear is around the house. Got to love the little guys or gals.

My wife and son are both allergic to dogs . I forget the term but Yorkie dont mess with their allergies at all . And they dont shed a hair so that's a plus as well.
Rocco cornered a possum under my lawnmower about a year ago . He held it there while I was able to go and get the .22. Hes a fiesty dude

She is a fair weather dog, as she is not liking this high 30s weather we are getting.
Our Yorkie has a nice comfortable fluffy blanket. When he goe to sleep at night he will crawl under it and make him self comfy and sleeps like that until morning.

No, but my mini Aussie-doodle is a squirrel treeing beast. She's a 12 lb. furball, but wants to catch a squirrel so bad. I'd love to take her into the woods, but she'd get stuck in a briar and I'd never be able to get her free! That, and my wife would cut me off!!
Had one that recovered a bunch of shot deer. Didn't have a real cold nose, but if I could get him on within a couple hours, he'd find it. The one that replaced him 11 years ago, has found a couple. However she's such a diva, the first briar she encounters, shes headed back to Ranger
