Any one Hunting Lbl 2023

I was looking at quota hunt and only see 2 areas for quota this year? Any ideas what that is about? last time i went it seems like 4 or 5 areas had quota.? And which is best area to hunt of what's available, just looking for Horns. I can kill plenty in West tennessee for meat. Which date hunt would be most productive?

I think I remember it being different when I put in for it this year. Once you choose the dates/state, it'll give you the choice of areas to put in for.
