I haven't had the chance to hunt much this season but trying to go in mornings this week before the season ends. I hunt near Davidson/Cheatham county line. Are the toms still gobbling still? How are the hunts still going? Thx in advance.

It is THE time to go in my area, imo. The one I killed this morning came basically running in gobbling and had 2 other gobblers trying to beat him to the call.

My buddy killed one yesterday at midday and said he gobbled at least 100 times. Sounds like they're starting to get fired up somewhat.
