Any have a Ruger American SS ?

I saw they started making them this year, and it fits the bill for what I am looking for.

Lightweight,compact, SS, and economical.

I didnt know if anything had any experience with quality and accuracy./.

I have one chambered in .243. It's extremely accurate with federal fusion 95gr (~0.5 MOA). I don't care for the stock and the magazine is fairly loose even when loaded however the accuracy makes up for these "shortcomings."

It's a cheap rifle that shoots well, so it does its job. I'll be using mine during deer season.

I have not heard a single negative word about accuracy. The only bad thing is caliber choices are limited to the most popular calibers. No Magnums the last time I checked. For example, no 25/06, 6.5, & no .280

They are making the Ruger American Predator in 6.5 Creedmore.
