Any experience w/ .30 RCBS Cast Bullets

I am tinkering with a .30 RCBS cast Silhouette 200 gr. bullet and was wondering if it would stabilize wit a 1:10 twist at 1050fps? I've heard that 190 Sierra MKs were about max weight to stabilize at that velocity, but was wondering if the heavier cast bullet would stabilize, too.
