Anschutz 54 Super Match. McMillan adjustable LOP stock, barrel cut and crowned at 21". Single shot, some minor handling marks. Shoots like you'd expect it to. I'm not a competitive shooter so I don't really have a lot of detail. It shot Tenex into itty bitty groups out to 100, and Wolf match nearly as good. Wing safety, single extractor.
- I had this rifle for sale a couple years ago and sold it to a guy from another site that knew way more about this rifle than me. He is the person that pointed out the trigger issue to me - so this is his diagnosis (which I believe to be tru)At some point I decided to adjust the trigger a bit and afterwards I felt like I had messed it up and set the sear engagement too light. He saw that someone had honed the sear slightly off. I have meant to take it to a gunsmith for the last 2 years and just haven't made the time. I believe it's a straightforward fix, I can show you the issue clearly. Also, the stock needs to be relieved a little bit on the comb to facilitate bolt removal a little easier. I was gonna have the gunsmith do that, but if you're handy with a dremel tool it's a 15 minute project.
So I will offer this here as-is with that disclaimer. You'd need to get the trigger fixed if you bought it.
I'll take $1000 firm as-is picked up in Elizabethton. I'd rather keep it than take any less. I do not want to ship, but if it's a deal breaker I will for $50 extra.
