My goal is to eventually hunt President's Island. The last couple of years I only apply for Pres Island and don't put anything for a 2nd choice. My buddy said I wouldn't lose my preference points if I got my 2nd choice and I told him he is crazy. Am I doing it the right way or can I get drawn for a 2nd choice and not lose preference points.
