Another question about the blind draws

I have seen this asked a few times but never really saw an answer.
If you did get drawn for a blind in the early segment can you put in for the middle and late segments?

Just trying to wrap my head around the debacle.

I think you can. The only people excluded are the ones that drew the 60 day blinds I believe.

It's my understanding you can. And I think priority points are applied for the middle draw. I have none so I doubt I will get drawn.

That is the way we have been told it is supposed to work. Will it actually work that way? Much like the evil that lurks in the hearts of men, only the Shadow knows....
