Yes,but It has to be shipped or transfered to a TN FFL.I bought a pistol just across the state line In KY last year and I paid for it there,but the place I bought it from had to take it to a gun shop just across the state line back in Tn to do all the paper work and Background check.

wow, did not know I could only buy hardware in the state I live, without getting so involved. Now that is scary to me. I thought it was a federal back ground check.not just state specific.
