There's a vacant 27.5 acre parcel that joins my son's property on the south side. An old chimney still stands where the house was and there's a dug well and a drilled well. THE bonus is that it has recently been cleared/grubbed with an excavator using a thumb. He's had contact with the owner for 5 years or so just as good neighboring property owners. Yesterday he called and asked and the owner said "go for it". Looking forward to swinging our detectors over there. This place is about 4 miles from the other one where I have permission. That one is 32 acres. Plenty of ground to stay busy on!
