Hope she got way, but with this many feathers, I doubt it.

So, what would have gone after her and the eggs?

Nature is vicious isn't it.
This kinda thing is happening on the daily right under our nose. It's fascinating and frustrating as a hunter.

she probably got away. That's not that many feathers for an actual kill. You would be surprised at how many feathers and how easily they shed them when something grabs them. About like a skink dropping his tail. If a bobcat or coyote doesn't get through the feathers and skin into the meat, they will just end up with a mouthful of feathers. Hate the nest was lost, though.

Anybody ever put a trail cam on a nest before? Bet it has some crazy footage seeing how everything in the woods wants to kill the turkey in one way or another.
