Have you guys that use BH noticed how sensitive it is to static? I've been using a powder scoop to dip it from the bottle, and it will walk UP the scoop at times while I'm trying to pour it onto the scale tray! I was also wondering, since it is hollow, and so light, if you have it stick to your barrel on the way down, especially the ones who have a freshly oiled barrel? It sticks to mine a little, even when dry. May not be an issue, but still weird to me.

Use a dryer sheet and wipe down all plastics, it will remove the static.

No it wont stick to your barrel on the way down, the plastic holds static and thats what the powder clings to, smokeless powder does the same thing.

Never load on a freshly oiled barrel, you'll just waste a shot due to an oiled barrel impacting different than a dry barrel. An alcohol damped patch helps cut/remove the oil prior to loading.
