You don't need that much lime. Put down about 1000 lbs of lime and you should be good to go. As for your P and K I would put down 140 pounds of 0-20-20 fertilizer per acre as you didn't say anything about nitrogen
 
Let's hope for good rain. Plot is 1/10 acre so, 400lbs lime spread. Ground has been too hard to disk, just scrapes the top. A good rain should help.
 
Don't go short on lime. I'd lower fertilizer rate as long as the recommended lime was applied. I've had co-op truck come an looked like a snow storm in may. It's worth every penny.

Almost anywhere you test in Tn you'll need lime and 2 tons/acre is not an unusual recommendation. The good thing is that you won't have to lime every year. Once every 5 years or so should last you. Without the lime application whatever fertilizer you use may be a waste, especially the more lime poor the soil.
 
I put 3 tons/acre on my main plot a couple of years ago and I didn't even have a soil test to justify it. I knew it had been at the very least 5 years, and probably a lot longer than that, since it had been limed. As Mike said, 2 tons/acre is the normal rate farmers routinely spread lime anyway. Since it's so hard to get somebody to bring a truck for a small area, I got the fella to put a full load on my 4+ acre plot when he was able to get to me.

Since you did put the full rate on your plot you should get good results if the rain will cooperate.
 
Basically, your lime controls the pH of the soil. If it's low whatever fertilizer you use will encapsulate itself and not release into the soil. Thus, if the pH is off it's a waste fertilizing it. If I had a choice of liming or fertilizing I'd lime every time.
