This is what I use.

I was just out in the garage thinking of this...

Right now, most of my reloaded ammo is in ziploc bags(50per)and then stored in ammo cans. Ive been thinking that grabbing a bag in a hurry may end up with ammo dumped on the floor.

I have also stored loose ammo in old paper/cardboard ammo boxes that I have duct taped. Thinking about a few differnt colors:
Yellow - 20ga
Red - 12ga
Grey/silver 9mm
Beige - 30 Carbine
Blue - 44mag
Rifle cartriges will stay in an original box.

Ok
but what to put them in besides buying another gun safe
guess I've got about 4,000+ rounds of stuff, but want to build that
number to 10K

Most of mine is in my safe which has a dehumidification rod in it. Some is in sealed ammo cans. Desicant packs work well in cans. I also have all of my magazines full which are in the safe.

I keep my regular caliber rounds loose in ammo cans with a dessicant pack per. For my detachable magazine rifles chambered in NATO rounds I keep that ammunition on stripper clips with two stripper clip guides per .50 cal ammo box. On any of the ammo cans I write with a metallic sharpie a description of what is inside.
