Thinking about picking up a couple non cell cams during Prime days. They have the Gardepro A50 for $63 or A60 for $96, is the A60 worth the extra $ and are these good prices for these? Any better deals on other recommended cameras?

Just great. I paid full price for some A60 last Friday.
I don't have an A50, but have quite a few A60s. They are awesome cameras for big open areas because of their powerful flash. Also fantastic video quality and amazing sound. Honestly, I don't even know what the technical specification differences are between the models.
And although the GardePros use the same file format as my Brownings (MP4), the file sizes of 10 second videos between the two manufacturers are drastically different. From the GardePros, generally around 8 MB, but from the Brownings 30 MB. That doesn't sound like a problem until you're trying to download 300+ videos from an SD Card. The difference in transfer time is substantial.
In my experience there's zero difference between the A50 & A60 except the color of the plastic. For $63 it's a STEAL.
If you don't mind the occasional glitchy pic/vid then check out Meidase P70. They're exactly the same shell & function of the GardePro cams and very near same quality clarity and sound, but they get a glitchy pic/vid sometimes. When I say sometimes I mean like 1 in 1,000. For me it's nothing concerning but worth mentioning. It looks like they're about $48 right now with the prime deal. I bought a BUNCH of them in early spring for $35/ea.

Back in the early days of the digital trail-camera wars, I received some interesting information from the Chinese camera makers that explains why so many of the cameras made there look alike. Apparently, China recognizes no trademark or patent laws. What happens is a U.S. manufacturer contracts for their cameras to be made in China. Engineers at the production facility steal the camera technology and start their own company manufacturing the identical camera with a different name on it. Then an engineer from THAT company again steals the technology and starts making those same cameras at another facility. The entire Chinese trail-camera market is nothing but technology theft. In fact, I was offered any camera made in China repackaged with my brand name on it, for pennies on the dollar. You want a Bushnell packaged with your name on it? No problem. You want a Stealth packaged with another name on it, no problem.

With the help of a $58 Amazon credit i hit the button and try out an A60. I'll try thinking positive this GuardePro will be a good one.

My only complaint is that they occassionally miss triggers. And I can't figure out why.
Well, that and the fact they don't like SD Cards that have been run in any other camera. Even if they've been appropriately formatted, the A60 will say it can't recognize the SD Card and asks you to format it through the camera's menu. Once you do, no problem.

Possible. I format the cards with the cameras (some cameras are very picky about that), and none of my SD cards can be read by the Garde Pros until I reformat them in the camera. But once I do, no problems at all. At least, in the cameras. Once I take the cards out of the Garde Pros and go to load them on my PC, they always fail and the PC says the cards have to be repaired. I click "OK" and the PC fixes them and they work fine in the PC after that. All of the data is there and usable after the "fix."

I do and they work. I catch deer the instant they enter the front sensor area. Without them turned on, sometimes the deer is half-way through the frame before the camera triggers.
I have 6 or 8 of these cameras of various models and love them. Much better picture quality than most cameras, especially at the price point. The pictures sent to your phone from their cell cams are low resolution, but the ones saved to the card is great.
