Amazing Bear Hunt results

Fentress County remains in the lead for bear harvest in the state when I run the county
Numbers. I think I am running them right, either way 39 bears is impressive. This is without dogs and archery only. Not bad for a county that many on here said didn't have enough bears for a hunt when I was advocating for something to be done. Monroe is catching up now that some dog season has been open. We are still over run with bears, cubs are everywhere, but I at least hope this well help some with all of the damage.

It's crazy how many bears are in your area.
I think Daddy told me between Fentress and Pickett there has been 44 Bear killed. A church member who lives near the county lines has been getting pictures of a Boar that's an extremely large bear.

I seem to remember when hogguide and others were talking about bears in Big south fork and people told them they were crazy. KY has them all over now as well.

I wonder whatever happened to hogguide.

Still in the lead with 43 bears. Just about as many as the deer harvest. I think that's private land county harvest though and not counting the public land harvests in East TN.
