LOL Thats the way I feel right now,its like im forgetting to do something when it comes to hunting.Its like i've lost my touch or something.I've hunted 3 different stand locations and not seen the first deer.I don't think I had this big of a dry spell of not seeing deer during the whole season last year..Hope to see some this evening.

A couple years ago i went all year and only seen one deer in the woods and that was a long stressful season. Hope it gets better for u i cant seem to see nothing but does and fawns

Same here cecil. Havent seen but one deer all weekend and I jumped it up. Gonna be lazy this evening and get back after em friday.

I told myself I wasn't gonna go all out during archery season,but here I am doing exactly what I said I wasn't gonna do.I am already planning to hunt 4 mornings during the week..LOL The monkey is heavy,and I hate carrying him around..LOL

Had that kind of beginning to my season last year. I think it was 11 straight hunts on my lease without seeing a deer. It will get better.

Your odds get better everytime. That is just hunting.

Several yrs ago, I let six doe walk on opening morning. It was 42 days until I saw another deer from the stand. Weird!

I hope your "zero seen" ends tonight.p

i thought i was forgetting something but i hunted 4 of my 8 stands and haven't seen a thing all day or yesterday either. so something is goin on and i can't figure it out.

i might take a week off from hunting and see what happens when i go back out there.

i'm still out here trying and i haven't seen a thing all day except a few squirrels and alot of honey bee's LOL

What are the acorns looking like up there? Everywhere I've been around here there are a TON of acorns. Makes it hard to see em when they don't have to move to eat.

they are dropping but i haven't seen much on the ground so maybe in the next week or two they might start moving around.

The oaks have acorns but they aren't dropping yet.You hear 1 every now and then falling..

The ground is covered around just about every oak I seen this weekend in Morgan county and I had the same results as you "zero" deer seen. It gets frustrating that's for sure.
