Lost a lease I have had for seven years. Have managed the deer that long starting to pay off now gone. Family decided to only let family hunt property. I am looking for any openings in west tn. Please pm if you have anything.

i know how you feel it sucks. had a place, it was only 30 acres but hardly anybody hunted around me. hunted it about 12 years and the last 5 or 6 years we had it hunted big bucks only. the last year we had it my dad killed a 135'' 8pt. the owner's SIL found out about it and had to have that property then. the guy hunted it 1 year and dont even hunt it much anymore.

hope you find something else.

Yep, the worst thing about managing for quality bucks is that when you start killing them kin folks to the owners magically come out of the woodwork demanding to have priority rights. Keep big buck killing on the low when you are starting to get successful unless you allready lease and even then you have to be careful.
