I've never driven to that one for the trout, since there are usually 1 or 2 lakes stocked in Bartlett (most years, we get more trout love than the other suburbs). This year I think they only stocked the one pond near my house, and I hardly ever do any good at that one.

Might have to do a trip up that way to catch any. I keep forgetting about them!

Those will be great covered with Dales seasoning and butter, wrapped in foil and grilled over charcoal.

Grilled them in foil with lemon, butter, cracked pepper and garlic salt. Also roasted some chunked taters with onions and Tony Chachere's. Ate well indeed.
