Yup. That is a great day. I have fished that exact water where you are many times over the years. Great smallies, hybrid, whites, striper and largemouth can be caught there in the spring and fall.

Definitely Wheeler dam, I have been there hundreds of times. Been to Wilson dam a few dozen times. They look very different.
