airbrushing lures?

Alright so I have been thinking really hard about this and I think I am going to give it a try anyone out there that can help and point me in the right direction? I have been looking at airbrushes and compressors the last few days dont really have the money but man I think it will make a big differance if I can piant my own baits this year.Looks like I can get in around 100-150 to start and see how I can do just let me know if anyone has any help to send my way.

look into the badger velocity good mid range brush if you really get into detail you will want a Custom micron b iwata...I have an iwata hp-bc I might consider selling if your interested,But you can buy a new badger cheaper I can put you in touch with a badger dealer, best price to be had on a new velocity. About 90-100$ I don't do lures, but I do detail and nothing beats the control of the custom micron but its 300 plus... tip size is most important and practice.

you could always start with a single action pass(sp) but you wont like it long and its tip is to big for detail work...I guess it boils down to how much detail you want to paint.

all in all I like top cup mounted gravity feeds best. it allows for less air pressure with thin paint for great control.
