I bush hogged about an acre plot 3 weeks ago, hit the new growth with some Glyphosate about 2 weeks ago, burnt the plot this past Saturday morning, disced it Monday, planted my wheat and annual rye yesterday, and we got a good rain this morning!

This might be the first time things have all cooperated, definitely not the norm for me.

Cool. I hope it doesnt get too much growth on it before cooler weather sets in. Wheat and rye can get stalky if it grows too much. Good luck!

Yeah I hear you, but I'm fighting Johnson grass too. Hoping to choke it out some. I don't mind replanting a month from now if I MUST.
