Food Plots Agricultural Cover Crop

People who lease my land had it overseeded in mid October with a mix of wheat, rye, turnip, radish, and crimson clover. Does anyone think this will impact the typical deer travel patterns or the times they are out? This is about 90 acres and about 40 of it is in bottom lands with woods on three sides. Do you think that deer and rabbits will come out of the winter at a healthier weight from this?
