Pretty sure I see enough dentine on M3 to go 5.5+, but it is hard to be sure due to the blood. Can you clean lower jawbones with water and repost? Top teeth not needed.

This, would like to see cleaned up, clear pics of bottom teeth. I can see enough to say 4.5 but hard to tell on the M3 the difference between dentine and blood.
