Those are very nice. Overall most guesses are too young in summer (all deer look young now) or if a deer has a bit of chest sag he is automatically 7 years old to some people. Your first deer is at least 2.5 and the others are at least 3.5. They all could be older than my guesses though.

The first looks to be a two yr old.
The other two look to be three yrs old.
They will be 2.5 and 3.5 yrs old this fall.
