I don't think fluted either but there were flakes removed after the flute looking strike, so probably impact fracture then they tried to resharpen.Great day of hunting there!
I Personally don't think its fluted but can't see it that well. I think it's just how it fractured/broke

Got out after the rain on Monday and managed to find a few. Not sure but one could be fluted. It's banged up quite a bit and I need to study it a little more.
I'm guessing Carter/Greene County or that area.Looks like it's possible.
Some of that flint looks high grade or heat treated, looking at the hinge fractures.
