I got a couple of pics of a fairly nice deer. The only problem is they are from 9pm till 2am. It's a spot I've not been in since early bow season. It's very close to my house (less than 75 yards). I can see my camera out my back window. It's mostly fields with 2 small patches of hardwoods. The last few years we've seen does pretty frequently out the back window. This year I've only seen deer on 2 occasions. I can post a overhead shot of the property if needed. Any advice on how to catch the buck moving during the day?

Just hunt every chance you get during the rut would be my advice.

If the buck is mature, I would alter MUP's comment a little--hunt every chance you get in the days leading up to peak breeding. Mature bucks are more likely to move during daylight just prior to peak breeding for your area. Now if the buck is only 2 1/2 or 3 1/2, then yes, what MUP said, hunt during the rut as much as possible.
My guess is 2.5-3.5. It's in an area where everyone around shoots whatever they see. I usually just meat hunt here and was surprised to have a few pics of him.
