Adjusting trigger on a Taurus

Just got a Taurus pt 140 and noticed its got a heavy trigger pull, is there anyway to adjust it myself

You could take the fire control apart and polish the friction surfaces. Note: polish, not remove material.

Yeah, that's all you can do.
Not adjustable, and I don't think there's any aftermarket triggers for them. (Orr hardly any other pistols, for that matter)

Polish the surfaces, but be SURE you don't "round off" any edges.
