Finally got everything hooked up and took it to the lake this morning. First impression- WOW! It is truly amazing. Still learning obviously but there were crappie on every structure we found and you could see them clear as day. That did not make them bite! Watched them follow it and turn away at the last second. Watched bass bust bait schools etc. ended up catching lots of smallmouth (of course and several bluegill). 0 crappie
Put it on a seperate transducer poll. Pole worked great but it did take a hand to keep it pointed in right direction. May need to mount it on shaft of trolling motor. Not sure. Make need to make some tweeks . We will see.
