Might ask this on the TWRA forum. Is it actually made from acorns? If so, I *THINK* the answer is "NO", but SCN will be able to tell you I bet.

I think the rule is that it has to be less than 50% food product or something...
 
If memory serves me right. I think it is considered bait. So it would be like corn. Yes you can use it no you can't hunt over it. But I haven't looked at it in avery long time.

I was under the impression if used as a cover scent it was legal, I tried it last year for a couple weeks to help me with my first time hunting whitetail during the acorn feasting and it seemed to spook them more than attract them. Great online reviews, horrible in my opinion in our area.
