Accu-Stock ?

Does anyone know anything about Savage's new "AccuStock"? They claim to squeeze more accuracy out of their rifles. Anyone have any opinions on the new stock design? I own several Savages and like them a lot, I especially like the Accutrigger.

im all for it. i only shoot savages. it looks to be designed like a stockade stock. i have heard that they can manufacture their own stocks cheaper than they can buy them from mcmillan, etc.

only bad thing, they are only offering them on certain models, they are not going to retrofit previous barreled actions, and the barrel nut will be of new design (will have to have a new tool for barrel swapping).

looks like a good deal anyway, the most accurate out of the box rifle just gets more accurate.
