Doesn't even appear on the Vortex website (name or SKU). The only Vanquish named products they have are binoculars.

I just done some googling. Looks like the vanquish is a type of house brand. Bass pro sells them. Matter of fact, bps has the 4-12 for 149.99. Kinda looks like Academy might have the price jacked up, and offering a gift card to get price where it should be to begin with. Plus, you have to use the gift card at academy. That's one way to get you to buy more..lol

I looked through one today in the store. Can't tell much looking in the bright lights of stores but I was curious about eye relief. Eye relief seemed to be pretty good for a cheap scope. My guess is it is probably a copy of the original diamondback with better eye relief. Not a great scope but you likely won't find anything better scope for $100

Looked around and the deals include some of the binos also. Some only get a 50 dollar card.

Many of the reviews say they purchased the scope for $99. Looks like they raised the price by close to the cost of the gift card.
