Came in late last night from fishing trip. And left fish in cooler with a bag of ice. put them on ice at 4am. Gonna clean them now. Will they be all right or spoiled?

I hardly ever clean any fish after I've fished all day. Fishing is hard work! I through ice on them and clean them the next day.
 
Your fish are probably okay but I have found that leaving them for the next day can impart unwanted flavor, particularly true with saltwater fish.
