I looked over at their ammo area on AR15.com,but I cant seem to find it.I could have sworn I heard people complaining about bad service.

You maybe thinking about Ammoman,even though I personally have never had any trouble with them I guess some folks on there did.

I buy my .28 gauge shotshells from Able, never had a problem and love their service. Estate loads are great.
