Aaaaaannnnddd ANOTHER reason to hate the new system

I reached out to TWRA about not being able to find the survey we are required to fill out.
They said it would be emailed AND would be available on their website and the mobile app.
It ain't there.

Emailed Claire Pennington and she replied within minutes.
She said, "I have reached out to our Brandt team to take a look at what is going on."

Every single step of the way this cluster has gotten steadily worse, than better.

TWRA did a great job, if you don't believe it just ask them.

I went to the in person draw last night at Cheatham. There were 4 blinds that computer duck hunters never returned their intent to hunt forms. LOL.
Just some scuttlebutt from several talking but it seems even the rank and file officers and wma mgrs don't like the computer thing either.
