A good friend here in the neighborhood came and stayed with my wife Friday and I got to go fish with two good friends.
52 degrees when we started. 1/2 are spots produced and one new spot was every cast for 20 min. Lots of laughs during that.
89 ( you read that right) reds and trout to the boat!!! Mostly reds. Caught on shrimp, mudminnows, and paddle tails. Best fish was this 27" red….
We kept 6 reds and 5 trout.
It was tremendous to be out again on the water. I hadn't been since July because of my wife's illness.
