i have always been told when you stop getting tore up when a buck comes around, thats when you need to stop hunting , the thrill isnt there anymore....i am 44 and still get tore up when a buck comes around....

I really don't get that feeling, I don't get tore up, and the shakes when I see a Buck. But I love the hunt as much as anyone. I would never think of quitting deer hunting.
 
Pretty cool,me and a friend watched the link on his I phone you sent me,kind of fun remembering what that was like,now I just watch those young bucks walk by like they are does.Good for him!

He knew the day would coming when he would have to let one walk. We had talked about it, and he knew it would be hard to do. He has to shoot a better buck than his last until he reaches a 8 point, then its 8 points or better from there on out.
