A little help

I know very little about artifacts. Can anyone tell me whether or not this is one. A friend of mine found this in a creek bed.

Though it looks like an arrowhead with its general shape, it does not exhibit the flaking qualities of an artifact in my opinion.

I would say no but that has to be the best example of nature robbing a person out of a point that I've seen yet!
