Having the audio really takes a good video on up the cool scale! Reckon it clicks a little when powering up since he seemed to be uneasy as the video starts but the whole idea is to capture and thats what it did! Awesome clips, makes me wanna get one. Thanks for sharing!
 
This camera has the boards visible led array. No doubt the Buck sees it and does Not like it. My 10 year old son built this camera and we put it on this salt lick where we had only been seeing does and a few small bucks. And here comes this big guy. Camera has been moved now. My son was super excited when we pulled this card.

The cam is not making any noise. It has visible IR led array. He sees the camera no doubt!! Camera has been pulled and no longer there. THIS IS NOT ONE OF MY BLACKFLASH CAMERAS!!!!!

The cam is doing the same thing the "IR" cams do when taking a video or pic.

Jim knows trail cams without a doubt :)
 
I don't believe the cam is making any noise to spook the deer. I believe its the visible IR LED'S. JMO. Nice buck! Good luck with him. Thats cool that your son built the camera that was able to capture such a nice buck.
 
I think the light hurts his eyes. That may be why you never see him in daylight, lol. Great buck! Have fun trying to outsmart him. I run into a bunch of people looking to buy trail cams and I keep sending them your way via Tndeer. I don't know if you've had any takers yet but I'm thinking about a couple more in the future.
