Took a few minutes to shoot yesterday, didnt take long to figure out I need some serious practice, without improvemts deer will actualy be taunting me this year.

"Shoot me !!" , No !!! over here shoot me !! I dare ya!."

remember, form is everything. you have to follow thru with the trad bow the same as a compound.

sometimes you have to go back to your basics and 're-learn'. I did that Monday evening. my shooting was off more than normal at 20 yds so I walked back up to about 8 yds and worked my way back, one shot at a time.

Yep, think'n the same thing today, start from scratch & it'll fall in place, like ride'n a bicycle.

To beat all I had just finished build'n a new target, its 3 feet x 3 feet, from about 20 yards I missed so bad it stuck one arrow into the out side edge of the wood frame & the next splintered the handel on top, but on the bright side they were in a 3 inch group.

I am good to 35 yards. The more you shoot the better it gets, at least it works for me and even though I do not hunt with my recurve a lot, I think it helps my compound shooting.

agree.
I have found with me the better I focus the better I hit the spot.
I can also so better stumping in the woods than I can at the target in the back yard.
