One other thing to consider....those lead/tin alloy bullets will age soften with time. Unless you plan on shooting them up quickly or allowing them to age to a stable point I wouldn't cast so many at a time.

15 shots in under 3" at 100 yds with iron sights.....I think you're gettin it under control.
