700 spine?

I got a few 700 spine for my 30 lb longbow. Yesterday messing around I tried a few shots with my 45 lb bow with 100 grain tips. I was shocked how good the flight was. Definitely not a hunting setup but seems like it may be a good route for 3D. Anyone else shoot a light spine /tip setup for 3D?

I shoot the same setup for 3D as I hunt with. But I don't compete in 3D, just mostly fun shoot. I shoot 500 shafts but have been meaning to try some 600s.
With the stiffness characteristics of carbon, I'm not surprised that you got good flight out of the 700s.

I am dealing with this right now. Trouble I am having is finding arrows in that range long enough for my draw. I need a min arrow of 31"
