It's kind of sad. Human beings his size have a life expectancy of about 50 years if he's lucky. I believe I read somewhere that the average life expectancy of an NFL lineman was 52 and I'm not aware of any that were 7' 440. Moses Malone most recently, Wilt Chamberlain. Just a couple examples of 7 footers who died relatively young. The heart just can't work that hard for long.
