MCR Built 6.5X47 Lapua. Shooting 130 Berger Hunting / H4350. 3 shots at 100 yards.
 
very nice,,I love that stock and camo ,,I really am loving this caliber,,it thinks it is a 7Mag and handles easier than a 243,accurate as a 222,,
 
Mr.big called it about right. It more like shooting a varmint caliber. We talked back and forth during his development. I had bad trouble at first due to no load data. Some are throating them really long. Mine is not. My coal is 2.77" so Im only loading 39.5 gr of H4350 with 130 Berger hunting bullets. Doesn't hurt accuracy just speed.

Mostly a paper puncher. I don't really have a place to hunt in TN to take advantage of this one. Sure is fun to shoot though.
 
with that scope load combo you should be able to bang steel at least 1250,,

I haven't decided if I want a better scope for dialing up and down to shoot steel or a better stock to shoot off a rest,,the caliber is up to either style shooting,,
 
I got lucky on the scope, was stalking eBay and a guy was upgrading to a night force. This Leupold did not have a mark on it. Think I saved about $300. I know there is better but this one is working really good for me. I have bad eye problems so I don't know that I could tell any difference? I like both McMillan and Manners stocks. The flat forend on this A2 really fits my Cowen (sp?) rest nicely.
